Their incubator is designed to support startups with no strings attached. It’s an intensive program that is designed for businesses that already have a product, not just an idea. BUE Business Incubator is offering a tailored technical and business program for early-stage start-ups and businesses. 3. Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center

Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, or TIEC, is a governmental incubation entity focused on incubating Information and communications technology (ICT) startups. They offer up to 180K EGP funds for 0% equity. You will find their contacts here.
4.GESR

Gesr is a Misr El-Kheir entity focused on incubating startups working in the following sectors: Water, Health, Energy, Food, or Education. They offer up to 200K funds for 0% Equity. Check more about GESR from here.
5. AUC Venture Lab
AUC V-Lab is the first university-based business incubator in Egypt. They focus on early-stage startups, startups with MVPs, and prototypes. and have a fintech track. They offer funding up to 20K EGP for winning teams with 0% equity.

6. INJAZ EGYPT

7. HEMMA
Hemma is the first business incubator in an Egyptian state university focused on startups working in biotechnology and industrial technology in Upper Egypt. They don’t offer funding but can give you exposure to be scouted from potential investors. You will find their contact details from here.

FEPS BI is a business incubator based in the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University. They accept startups from all sectors and do not select based on industry. Nahdet El Mahrousa is one of the rare business incubators in Egypt focusing on social enterprises. They are focused on founders in the following sectors: renewable energy, tech, social services, education, and healthcare.
