At Startups Galaxy, we want to keep startups alive, and push them with additional traffic and exposure. IceAlex will be working on incubation programs throughout 2018-2019 to help startups in Alexandria. Let’s take it from the start…
What is IceAlex?
Icealex is a community driven technology innovation space with a strong social and environmental commitment. The main approach for ice activities in Alexandria is to provide an enabling ecosystem for action-oriented minds co-creating sustainable solutions for local challenges.
They are now launching a new track, IceTech, and we’re partnering with them to help the tech startups in Alex!

IceTech
IceTech is a new incubation track for techies, powered by IceAlex in cooperation with the US Consulate Alexandria. iceTech will be mainly focusing on enabling tech-based early-prototyping stage startups to grow their businesses while innovating solutions for grassroots challenges.
The 3-month programme will be launched on the 3rd week of September and the bootcamp will take place end of October to celebrate the opening of the cycle during the Global Entrepreneurship Week (mid-November). We are currently working hard to increase the value provided for our entrepreneurs through impact-driven partners and stakeholders.

What to expect?
The winner from IceTech will expect a cool surprise from Startups Galaxy! For the first cycle winner, along with
investment and cash prizes, the startup will be able to claim a Premium Startup Profile on Startups Galaxy as a launch push for their online awareness about the startup!
We believe startups need the right attention from potential customers after they are done with incubation. This is why Startups Galaxy will give them an extra push after their demo day “graduation.”
