You can also sign in using your Google account. Once you log in, you’ll see a screen like the one shown below (Screen 1).

Creating boards is the backbone of the application. A board is a place where information is shared and projects get organized. Assign a board for each project, and change the board’s title according to the project you’re working on. Create a new board by clicking “Create new board”, or the plus sign at the top right corner of the screen, as shown in screen 1. Then, choose the board title and privacy setting (private or public).
This is how your board looks like (screen 2). It has a group of lists; list titles are set to (to do, doing, and done) by default. Titles can be changed by clicking and typing a new title depending on your company’s workflow. You can even add a new list by clicking “Add another list”.
(Screen 2)
You can add new cards by clicking “Add a card”; each card represents a task within the project. This is how the board looks like after adding new cards (screen 3).
(Screen 3)
Cards can be moved easily from one list to the other by dragging them across lists according to the task status (to do, done, doing).
How to add team members to the board?
Click “Invite” at the top of the screen (screen 4) and enter team member(s) e-mail(s), then click “Send invitation”. There’s another option as well; click “Create link” and send them an invitation link.
(Screen 4)
To add more details about a task, click the card to flip it around and view “card back” (screen 5). You can add a description, comment, or due date plus a bunch of other options.
