Urban earthling is a sustainable Egyptian brand offering its customers sustainable alternatives to their daily use products. Their online store offers bamboo toothbrushes, stainless straws, reusable canvas bags, and more.
3. The Space
The Space is a second hang and vintage products outlet located in Maadi area of Greater Cairo. Their products range from second-hand vintage dress to wooden toys for kids and natural beauty products such as oils, serums, and soaps.
4. Zero Waste Egypt
Zero Waste is an Instagram account owned by Eman Mossallam, where she documents her personal journey with conscious living while giving tips and advice inspiring others to adopt green living. Eco land is another Instagram account built for the purposes of providing followers with “structured information on eco-friendly lifestyle in Egypt.” The account holds many tips and information of conscious living, from recycling, saving water, to natural makeup, and ethical fashion. With the help of these companies and initiatives, living a sustainable green life in Egypt has been made possible. And their message is simple. It is time to take action to save our environment from decaying away. It is time to be proactive and responsible for our country’s and planet resources.
