Have you recently bought something from the supermarket? Chances are, you went home with plastic bags, and that’s not good!
Let’s be honest though, we just can’t suddenly stop using plastic. We can try but thinking realistically, it’s definitely not easy. However, we can take minor actions and stop certain routines in our daily lives that will definitely create a bigger effect when sustained.
The idea of reducing plastic consumption is very important for the globe. Things that aren’t, are things that we need to question what is not pro-recycling, reusing and reducing. Question the things you have that haven’t touched in weeks, months and even years. As the saying goes, ‘If you haven’t used it in 6 months, get rid of it!’ Think of making use of these things and turning it into a reusable, recyclable and reducible item!
